Could former Notre Dame running back Jadarian Price be headed to the Denver Broncos?
That remains to be seen, but he’s certainly an intriguing possibility in the 2026 NFL Draft.
His teammate, fellow Irish running back Jeremiyah Love will be long off the board by the time the Broncos select. After the blockbuster trade to land wide receiver Jaylen Waddle from the Miami Dolphins earlier this week, Denver’s first selection isn’t until No. 62 overall late in Round 2.
But just because Love gets a lot of the headlines doesn’t mean Price can’t play. He went for 674 rushing yards and 11 touchdowns in 2025, averaging an impressive 6.0 yards per carry.
Price joined Kay Adams on the “Up & Adams” show and she asked specifically about meeting with the Broncos recently.

“It was intense, I’m not going to lie, but a couple of interviews like that were intense,” Jadarian Price said. “You’ve just got to show you know football and that you love football and everything will take care of itself.”
The odds that Price is on the board at No. 62 aren’t great. But some mock drafts have him going in the middle of the second-round, so perhaps the Broncos could look to trade up and pair Price with J.K. Dobbins and RJ Harvey in their running back room.
Adams asked Jadarian Price about Sean Payton and George Paton liking him and he gave an interesting answer.
“Well there’s a couple moments in interviews where they try to get you and you’ve just got to stay the course and stay calm. And I showed that I knew football and they congratulated me after and said that I did a great job,” Price said.
With Waddle in the mix, most fans definitely wants to see the Broncos address running back and / or tight end with their premium picks remaining in the NFL Draft.
Jadarian Price might be a bit of a dream, but he’s still a name to keep in mind over the next month before the fun of the NFL Draft begins.
