**On Chris Hampton's promotion:**
"I think it's really good. Obviously Tosh did a great job while he was here and I respect the heck out of him, but Hamp is no step down for sure. He knows the defense. He's a really good motivator. He has a good sense of humor, which I think is important too.
**On the current state of the LB room:**
"A lot of talent. Obviously we'll be younger, so some guys will have to step up, but there's shortage of talent. You guys didn't know who I was three or four years ago, and here I am now. There's going to be some names coming out of that room that you guys should look out for.
