Kawhi Leonard is out for the Los Angeles Clippers' rematch against the New Orleans Pelicans.
The Clippers announced that Leonard (ankle) will be taking a seat, as they will play in New Orleans for the second consecutive night on Thursday.
Despite being ailing with a left ankle sprain, Leonard willed himself last Wednesday. But he and the Clippers blew an 18-point deficit en route to a 124-109 brutal loss.
He finished with an efficient 25 points, eight rebounds and two steals across 29 minutes.
Leonard's status will be anticipated on the Clippers' final stop of their three-game road trip. They will visit Dallas to face the Mavericks on Saturday.
