Overall, it was the most-watched World Baseball Classic on record, easily doubling and tripling television viewership from the last time out in 2023. Each of its last three games featuring the U.S. were WBC record-setters for FOX south of the border, with the semifinal win over the Dominican Republic drawing 7.37 million Americans. Venezuela’s semifinal victory over the tournament darlings from Italy hit 3.8 million on FS1 and Fox Deportes in Spanish and was the most-watched WBC game not involving the U.S.
