The Fanatics Flag Football Classic arrives at BMO Stadium in Los Angeles on Saturday, and the former New England Patriots quarterback is not considering it a normal Pro Bowl skills competition.
It is a three-team tournament featuring the Team Founders, led by Brady and Jalen Hurts and coached by Sean Payton. They will face Team Wildcats, led by Joe Burrow and Jayden Daniels, along with Team USA.

Ahead of the classic showdown, the GOAT quarterback has made it crystal clear he’s treating this event like a Super Bowl, with the trash talk having already started weeks ago.
Tom Brady locked in to crush Joe Burrow and Jayden Daniels at Fanatics Classic
Brady hasn’t played competitive football since he retired, but he still has the fire. Fanatics founder Michael Rubin says he speaks with Brady daily and confirms the quarterback is “the most driven person on planet Earth.”
On the Rich Eisen Show, Rubinsaid, “He’s called me every day and told me he’s destroying these guys. He said, ‘I’m going to destroy Joe and Jayden. I’m going to destroy the Team USA guys. Like, these guys are little punks.'”

The 48-year-old backed that up himself during an appearance on “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon,” where he revealed he had already been in the inbox of his opponents.
“I texted Joe Burrow and Jayden Daniels,” Bradysaid. “They’re the opposing quarterbacks. I said, ‘You know, I love beating Heisman Trophy winners.’ I was the 199th pick, and I always took dead aim at the guys who were picked way ahead of me. They said, ‘Talk that you-know-what and bring it on.'”
It continued at the March 18 draft after Brady took a shot at Jayden Daniels, joking about Daniels’s size. He said he hadn’t seen the Washington Commanders quarterback on the field in “seven or eight months” and added that he is happy that his mom let him play, referring to Regina Jackson’s close role in Daniels’ career.
Tom Brady takes his winning mindset off the field with JPMorganChase
Beyond Saturday’s game, Bradyjoined the new JPMorganChase Athlete Council launched on March 18. Chaired by Dwyane Wade, the group includes stars like A’ja Wilson, Jalen Brunson, and Alex Morgan.
The council aims to address a long-standing financial problem: roughly one in six NFL players goes bankrupt within 12 years of retirement. J.P. Morgan Wealth Management CEO Kristin Lemkau noted that because athletic careers are often short and end unexpectedly, players need specialized financial guidance.

Brady said his goal is to mentor younger players so they can avoid the financial mistakes he and his peers saw during their careers. But this week, he’s set to spend time setting up a program to help the next generation manage their money after they stop playing.
