CHARLOTTE — The Panthers brought back a known commodity for special teams and depth on Friday, and a guy who knows his way up and down I-85.
The team has agreed to terms with veteran tight end Feleipe Frankson a one-year deal.
Franks was here two years ago, but was back for a second stint with the Falcons between.
The former Florida quarterback converted to tight end, but has made a living on special teams in between.
He has 128 snaps of offense across four seasons, but played 305 snaps of special teams with the Panthers in 2024, and 299 with the Falcons last year.
