Fabrizio Romano has shared some transfer news that will turn some heads among Nottingham Forest supporters.
Nottingham Forest await Tottenham six-pointer on Sunday
Sunday is massive for Forest. Vitor Pereira's side head to Tottenham Hotspur Stadium for a 2:15pm Premier League kick-off against a side just one point and one place above them.

It is a direct relegation six-pointer in every possible sense, and the Portuguese boss has made no secret of how much it means.
He rested nine players for Thursday's Europa League tie against FC Midtjylland — a penalty shoot-out win that was essentially scheduled around freeing up energy for Sunday.
The trapdoor leading to the Championship is right beneath their feet, and the next 90 minutes at Spurs could define their entire season.

The Tricky Trees will be without him.
And yet, even with that fight raging, one of the biggest stories swirling around the City Ground right now is the future of the man who might just be the best English midfielder in the country right now.
Man City in 'advanced talks' with Elliot Anderson's agents
Indeed, Romano revealed on Friday night that Man City have moved into advanced conversations with Elliot Anderson's representatives as they plot a summer swoop for the 23-year-old.
Elliot Anderson for Nottingham Forest-1
The Italian journalist was careful to stress that nothing has been agreed, no personal terms have been discussed, and no deal is anywhere near done — but City have made their intentions clear to those in the player's camp.
They see him as a top target. They are pushing, and in midfield, the Citizens know they need to act.
“Man City are pushing to sign Elliot Anderson," said Romano on his YouTube channel.
"They are in advanced talks with his agents in advanced conversations in terms of, just asking about the situation of the player,” Romano said.
“So nothing has been agreed, nothing has been done, nothing has been completed but I mean advanced conversations about inquiring for the player.”
Romano added:
“So Man City have been clear. They see Elliot Anderson as a target," he continued.
"Again, we are not yet at the stage of personal terms agreed. We are not yet at the stage of deal done. We are not yet at the stage of deal final stages, but for sure Manchester City confirmed their interest to those close to Anderson.
“Man United are attentive to the situation as well. Man United love the player, but at the moment Man City are pushing because in midfield Man City will be very busy as well.”
Anderson arrived at Forest from Newcastle for £35 million in the summer of 2024 and has been a standout performer ever since, to the point where he is now considered one of the most technically complete midfielders in the top flight.
He has led the entire Premier League in line-breaking passes this season, and has contributed two goals and two assists in 30 league appearances, alongside a stunning strike in Forest's dramatic 2-2 draw at the Etihad earlier this month.
Pep Guardiola, it is understood, is a significant admirer and may see the England international as a long-term successor to Rodri.
A decision from Anderson is expected sometime in late April or early May.

Forest, for their part, are braced to lose him and will demand at least £80 million — nearly two and a half times what they paid 24 months ago.
The cruel irony for Forest fans is that Anderson is the very player they need most. The midfielder who drives everything, wins the ball and carries it forward with maturity that belies his age.
Lose him in the summer, and the rebuild begins all over again.
