On Sunday, the Boston Celtics will host the Minnesota Timberwolves at TD Garden.
The Celtics are coming off a 117-112 victory over the Memphis Grizzlies.
Jaylen Brown finished the win with 30 points, six rebounds and six assists while shooting 10/23 from the field and 2/5 from three-point range in 38 minutes of playing time.

For Sunday’s game, the Celtics have announced that Brown will be on the injury report.
That said, the former Cal star is listed as probable, so he should be available.
Noa Dalzell of CelticsBlog wrote: “Jaylen Brown is probable for tomorrow’s game with a left quad contusion

Brown is in the middle of another incredible year with averages of 28.5 points, 7.0 rebounds, 5.2 assists and 1.0 steals per contest while shooting 47.9% from the field and 34.3% from three-point range in 63 games.
He is in his 10th season in the NBA (all with the Celtics).
The 29-year-old has made five trips to the All-Star Game (and won the 2024 NBA Finals MVP Award).

Celtics Ahead Of Timberwolves Battle In Boston

The Celtics are currently the second seed in the Eastern Conference with a 47-23 record in 70 games.
They are in the middle of a four-game winning streak (and have won seven out of their last ten).
At home, the Celtics have gone 24-10 in 34 games.
Following the Timberwolves, they will remain at home to host Chet Holmgren and the Oklahoma City Thunder.

The Timberwolves are in the middle of another solid year as the sixth seed in the Western Conference with a 43-28 record in 71 games.
They have gone 5-5 over their last ten games (and are 19-15 in 34 games away from the Target Center).
Following the Celtics, the Timberwolves will play their next game on Wednesday night when they return home to host Kevin Durant and the Houston Rockets.
