Estevao Willian’s public display of frustration following Chelsea’s fourth consecutive defeat has turned the spotlight squarely on Liam Rosenior, as things go from bad to worse.
Liam Rosenior gave Estevao Willian some minutes against Everton for the first time in over a month after suffering from a hamstring injury.
Despite looking like the only bright spark on the pitch, not even Estevao was willing to save Chelsea from the disappointment of defeat. For at least two of the goals, it was their own undoing again, with Robert Sanchez making a mistake and Wesley Fofana’s positioning letting him down for the first.
It’s a combination of these mistakes and the system that Liam Rosenior continues to tinker with every game that is costing the Blues.
Should Chelsea sack Liam Rosenior? Or are the players to blame?🤔

Estevao Willian shows his frustrations at full-time vs Everton
An eagle-eyed Simon Johnson spotted Estevao Willian’s reaction to Chelsea’s defeat to Everton, and it sums up perfectly the kind of player he is.
Estevao was the last Chelsea player off the pitch, and he even gave a fan in the away end his shirt.
But as he walked away, he kicked the ground in frustration.
A clear sign that the players are starting to get a little bit on edge with how things are going right now, which comes after Enzo Fernandez shared his doubts over sacking Enzo Maresca.
What do you make of Wesley Fofana in a Chelsea shirt? Is he good enough?🤔

Estevao Willian is too young to be going through this
At just 18 years old, Estevao Willian should be focused on the joy of his breakout season, yet he instead finds himself navigating a toxic environment.
Kicking the turf at the Hill Dickinson Stadium wasn’t just a sign of a lost game; it was the visual boiling point of a teenager carrying the weight of a club in freefall. To be thrust into a dressing room where senior leaders like Enzo Fernandez are questioning things certainly won’t help.
This level of instability risks affecting the youngster with the fear of failure in a broken system.
