West Ham want to make Disasi move permanent

West Ham want to turn Axel Disasi move to them from Chelsea into a permanent deal.

The Frenchman, having been part of the “**bomb squad”** at Chelsea under Enzo Maresca joined the Hammers on loan in January, and has already made a big impression in the eight games that he has played for them.

They have already seen enough to want to secure his services on a long-term basis, although they would not be able to match the £38million that their West London neighbours paid for him in 2023.

And any deal is likely to hinge on West Ham maintaining their Premier League status, which is by no means certain at this stage, although they have shown some sign of fight in their recent games.

Chelsea will be looking to sell Disasi whatever happens at the end of the season, the 28-year old not having played a competitive game for his parent club since the start of the last campaign.
