According to The Athletic, Man City defender Dias has been ruled out of their Carabao Cup final clash with Arsenal.
The Portuguese centre-back, described as 'world-class', will have been a shoo-in to start against the Gunners, especially as Marc Guehi is unavailable due to being cup-tied, having played for Crystal Palace in the competition earlier in the season.
