Tua Tagovailoa had a terrible 2025 NFL season with the Miami Dolphins. The franchise had a disappointing 7-10 record, finished third in the AFC East division and missed the playoffs. Fans were left disappointed and the team also realized the need for a rebuild.
The quarterback was finally released ahead of the next season, due to salary cap needs and has now joined the Atlanta Falcons. He is now enjoying his vacation with his wife.

Tagovailoa signed a one-year, $1.3 million contract with the Atlanta Falcons in March 2026 after his release from Miami. He spent his first six seasons with the Dolphins, after being selected fifth overall in the 2020 NFL Draft by them. Last season was a disappointing one for him, having played in 14 games, he had passed for 2,660 yards, 20 touchdowns and 15 interceptions.

After signing his new contract with the Falcons, the Tagovailoa family went to vacation in the Bahamas. Photos of their vacation have been posted by his wife Annah Tagovailoa on her Instagram with the caption, “Livin’ on island time”. The photos included selfies of the couple, and with their children.
Later, the two went on a late night date where she wore an elegant off-shoulder black bodice top paired with black pants, minimal jewelry, a white purse, and hair in a neat bun. He wore a half-sleeve black shirt and blue denim pants. She posted a carousel of photos on her Instagram, where she is seen with Tua posing against picturesque water backdrops and with some friends. The caption of the Instagram post read, “Offseason in paradise”.
The two are clearly enjoying their vacation after a tough season and a new chapter. Annah also celebrated on Instagram when her husband signed his new contract.

Annah posted on her Instagram stories when Tua’s signing became official. She wrote, “So excited to be coming to Atlanta! I am so proud of you and cannot wait to cheer you on!! @tuaman.”
Annah has been a constant presence in Tua’s life, as they met in high school and both attended the University of Alabama. They married secretly on July 17, 2022, in a private ceremony in Davie, Florida, just before training camp. They only went public in 2023, and maintain a low-profile family life. They share two children, a son Ace and a daughter Maisey.
Tua Tagovailoa will now enjoy his vacation, after which he will have to get ready for the 2026 NFL season.
