Draymond Green has voiced frustration over the Golden State Warriors' continued struggles, as the team remains stuck in the Play-In zone with a 33-38 record.
Since joining the Golden State Warriors, Draymond Green has experienced plenty of success, being part of a dynasty that won multiple NBA titles alongside Stephen Curry and head coach Steve Kerr. However, in recent seasons, the team has not been able to return to true championship contention.

Injuries and inconsistency have played a major role in Golden State's struggles. Ahead of their matchup against the Dallas Mavericks, the Warriors hold a 33-38 record and sit 10th in the Western Conference, firmly in Play-In position.
Green has made his feelings clear about the situation. On his podcast, he expressed frustration about the team's repeated presence in the Play-In.
"I'm sick of the play-in [tournament]," Green recently stated on his podcast The Draymond Green Show.
"It seems like we're a play-in magnet. It sucks, but it's great when you want an opportunity to get into the playoffs. And that is the reality for us. We are not moving out of the play-in, and we won't drop out of the play-in either. So, we're in the play-in, and that's what coach Kerr's message has been to the team."
Now in his 13th NBA season since being drafted 35th overall in 2012 out of Michigan State, Green has spent his entire career with the Warriors.
His resume includes four NBA championships, four All-Star selections, two All-NBA honors, nine All-Defensive Team selections, and the 2017 Defensive Player of the Year award.
This season, Green has appeared in 58 games, averaging 8.5 points, 5.6 rebounds, and 5.3 assists per game.
