“With the Selection”: Latest PFF NFL Mock Draft Has the Baltimore Ravens Finding New Playmaker…

The Baltimore Ravens will have the 14th overall selection in the 2026 NFL Draft. Baltimore was going to trade away its 2026 and 2027 first round picks to the Las Vegas Raiders for Maxx Crosby, until they decided to back out of the deal at the last second. It came as a major surprise to a lot of people.

The Ravens have a lot of holes on its roster. They have holes on defense and could use another wide receiver for quarterback Lamar Jackson. Baltimore finished with an 8-9 record last season. They missed the playoffs. The Ravens fired John Harbaugh as head coach earlier in the offseason. Jesse Minter is the new head coach of this team. He was the Los Angeles Chargers defensive coordinator a season ago.

Jordan Plocher of profootballfocus.com created his latest 2026 NFL Mock Draft. He has the Ravens selecting USC Trojans wide receiver Makai Lemon 14th overall. Plocher said,

“With the selection of Makai Lemon, the Ravens add one of the top receiving threats in the draft for quarterbackLamar Jackson.Zay Flowershas topped 1,000 receiving yards in all three of his NFL seasons, but the team could use another consistent receiving threat.

After tight endIsaiah Likely’s departure in free agency, the Ravens have approximately 200 slot receiving snaps to replace. Lemon lined up in the slot on 75.6% of his pass snaps over his career at USC, and his 91.4 PFF receiving grade in 2025 led all receivers in college football.”

Lemon is 5’11” and weighs 195 lbs. He caught 79 passes for 1,156 yards receiving and 11 touchdowns, along with averaging 14.6 yards per reception. Lemon would be a nice number two receiving option for the Ravens behind Zay Flowers. There could be a chance that Baltimore decides to draft tight end Kenyon Sadiq from the Oregon Ducks with this selection.

He could be the Isiah Likely replacement and Mark Andrews may not be around for much longer. However, adding another wide receiver like Lemom for Jackson won’t be a bad thing here either. However, with Minter in charge of the team now, maybe they will lean toward drafting defense in the 2026 NFL Draft instead.
