Arsenal are ready to launch a big-money move to sign young Lille starlet Ayyoub Bouaddi this summer, according to TEAMtalk.
The Gunners have had a remarkable season but saw their quadruple hopes dashed on Sunday after falling to a 2-0 defeat to Manchester City at Wembley, although they still sit nine points clear at the top of the Premier League, and are in the quarter-finals of both the FA Cup and Champions League.
Despite their successes though, Mikel Arteta and Andrea Berta are planning ahead for next season in order to stay strong and continue to compete at the highest level, and that has seen the club take a very close look at one incredibly talented young midfielder.
Arsenal Ready to Move for Bouaddi
Bouaddi
Bouaddi, who has been described as 'one of the biggest talents in world football', broke into the Lille side as a baby-faced 16-year-old and has become a regular in their team ever since, making 89 appearances for the club.
His performances have seen a number of Europe's top clubs take a close look at his situation, with Arsenal present to watch him in the most recent Ligue 1 clash against Marseille, which they won 2-1
Bouaddi signed a new long-term contract with Lille back in December, but has been open about his future potentially laying elsewhere, and it has now emerged that Arsenal are ready to make a big-money move to bring him in ahead of the competition.
A number of clubs are expected to make a move for the midfielder, who has recently pledged his international allegiance to Morocco instead of France despite representing Les Bleus at youth level, and he is set to be one of the most sought-after prospects of the summer window.
Talks Already Held With Arsenal and Lille

Reports earlier this year suggested that Arsenal have already held talks about a potential move for Bouaddi, and he would be an ideal fit for the Gunners squad.
With his age mixed with his quality and potential, he could come into the side to replace the likes of Christian Norgaard, and a big money move would be a statement to all rivals that the club have no plan on slowing down any time soon.
