The last time Moses Moody saw action for head coach Steve Kerr and the Golden State Warriors was on March 2, in a 114-101 loss to the Los Angeles Clippers. The 23-year-old has since missed 10 straight games due to a lingering wrist injury.
When he's healthy, Moody has been a steady contributor for the Warriors this season. The 6-foot-5 guard has played 59 games for Golden State this year, making 48 starts. Moody is averaging career-best marks across the board with 11.9 points on 44.1% shooting, 3.3 rebounds and 1.6 assists in 25.5 minutes per game. The former No. 14 overall pick is also knocking down 2.5 triples on a highly efficient 40.2% clip.

The Warriors are back in action on Monday in a road matchup against the Dallas Mavericks. This marks the end of Golden State's six-game road trip. It has been a brutal stretch for the shorthanded Warriors, going 1-4 on the road. They are also 2-9 in March.
The good news for Golden State is it will finally get Moody back following an extended absence. Kerr spoke to reporters ahead of Tuesday's game, and the four-time NBA champion coach announced that Moody has been cleared to play against the Mavs.
Moody had been closing in on his long-awaited return from a right wrist sprain. He was questionable to play heading into Tuesday's contest, but has now been given the green light to suit up for the first time in over three weeks.
Moody's return is expected to eat into the minutes of guys like Will Richard and Gary Payton II. However, Kerr will likely ease Moody back in the rotation following his lengthy spell on the sidelines.
Golden State enters Tuesday's contest with a 33-38 record and 10th in the Western Conference.
