“I thought he played a really unselfish game,” Redick told reporters after the game.
“Ended up with 10 assists. We missed him a couple of times on early seals in transition in the first half. We ran some plays for him, and I thought he did a really good job of not just trying to score and make the right play like he always does and got 10 assists.”
James clocked in for 38 minutes on Monday night.
During that time, the superstar forward went 4-10 from the field. He made 1-2 threes and knocked down three free throws. James wrapped up the game with 12 points.
The league’s all-time scorer finished the game with 10 assists and came just one rebound shy of securing a triple-double (nine rebounds).

The Lakers came up short against the Pistons with a 113-110 loss. Although the streak is snapped, the Lakers are still in a strong position. With a 46-26 record, the Lakers are still ranked third in the Western Conference.
LeBron James and the Lakers will get back on the court for Wednesday’s March 25 action against the Indiana Pacers. That game will conclude the successful stretch for LA.
