Shaun Wright-Phillips claims Chelsea have the most entertaining footballer in the world now

Ex-England international Shaun Wright-Phillips is in awe of one player at his former club Chelsea.

While the Blues are on a bad run of form after losing all of their previous four games, they still have some very good footballers.

The above includes the likes of Cole Palmer, Joao Pedro and Estevao Willian.

One of many problems on the pitch at the moment 🤦‍♂️

Estevao Willian is Shaun Wright-Phillips’ favourite player to watch

Like the majority of his Chelsea teammates, Palmer disappointed in the 3-0 loss to Everton over the weekend. Estevao, however, looked bright after making his return from injury.

Wright-Phillips was recently asked by Goal to name his five favourite players to watch right now and did not hesitate to put Estevao first.

The Brazilian is only 18 years old, but he is one of the most exciting attackers in the Premier League.

According to FotMob, Estevao is currently making 3.43 successful dribbles per 90 minutes, which is one of the highest averages in the division.

In total, Estevao has only scored two league goals, but you would expect his output to increase significantly once he becomes an automatic starter. With his skill and talent, that is an inevitability.

Shaun Wright-Phillips’ other four favourite players to watch

Wright-Phillips completed his list with Kaoru Mitoma, Antoine Semenyo, Crysencio Summerville and Jeremy Doku.

Semenyo has been one of the best attackers in the Premier League this season, scoring 15 goals in 29 appearances. Only teammate Erling Haaland and Brentford’s Igor Thiago have scored more times than the 26-year-old.

Before his move from Bournemouth to City, Chelsea showed some interest in Semenyo.

It was reported that Chelsea were in the race for Semenyo at one stage, but in the end, they decided not to make a move for him.

It is a decision that they could come to regret as he shines at the Etihad, but the Blues at least have Estevao. For the Brazil international, the sky really is the limit.
