The Minnesota Vikings drafted offensive tackle Oli Udoh in the sixth round of the 2019 NFL Draft out of Elon University.
He would appear in 43 games spanning 2019 to 2023 in Minnesota, starting in 18 of them. Udoh worked all across the line in his time in the Twin Cities, though 16 of his starts came at RG in 2021.
The former 193rd overall selection spent 2024 in New Orleans and 2025 in Tennessee. Now, the 6’6, 320lb versatile lineman has found a new home in the NFL.

The Cardinals posted about the signing on their official website.
“The Cardinals still may use the No. 3 pick overall on an offensive lineman, but they continue to add depth to the roster for the unit and give themselves leeway for their first pick in April’s draft.
On Friday, that came in the form of a one-year contract with veteran Olisaemeka “Oli” Udoh. Udoh, 6-foot-6 and 320 pounds, has played 74 games in his NFL career since becoming a sixth-round pick of the Vikings in 2019. In 22 career starts, he has had 14 at right guard, four at left tackle, three at right tackle and one at left guard.”
Udoh made appearances in all 17 games in 2025 for the Titans. His most notable workload came in 2021 when he started 16 games for the Vikings. This is a solid move for a Cardinals team needing depth up front.
The Cardinals described their effort to beef up of the offensive line.
“Udoh is the fourth free agent added to the offensive line in the first two weeks of free agency. The Cardinals signed Isaac Seumalo, who will start at left guard, vet Matt Pryor, and they also signed Elijah Wilkinson, who could be an option at right tackle depending on the draft.”
Minnesota Sent Message About Jordan Addison Trade

Pro Football Focus recently released a list compiling every NFL team’s most valuable trade asset. For the Vikings, Jordan Addison’s name was drawn.
“The Vikings don’t have many top-tier trade assets, but Addison stands out as a potential candidate. A former first-round pick, he has flashed early in his career but has yet to surpass 1,000 receiving yards in a season and struggled with drops in 2025.
The talent is evident, and a contending team in need of a WR2 or WR3 could benefit from his skill set. With Minnesota needing to add depth on defense, moving Addison could bring back valuable assets to help address those areas.”
While potential trade compensation conversations can only be speculative, there is an idea of what it could be. A likely haul for Minnesota would be comparable to what the Steelers got when they traded George Pickens to Dallas.
In that deal, the Cowboys sent the Steelers a 2026 3rd rounder and 2027 5th rounder in exchange for Pickens and a 2027 6th rounder.
