Arsenal are eyeing a move to sign Newcastle United star Tino Livramento this summer, and he would he very keen on making the move, according to club insider Hand of Arsenal.
The Gunners have had a remarkable season despite suffering defeat to Manchester City in the Carabao Cup final on Sunday, and remain on course to win the Premier League for the first time since 2004, while they are also in the quarter-finals of the FA Cup and Champions League.
But the club are already looking ahead to the summer transfer market and next season, and it has now emerged what their strategy is heading into the window.
Livramento 'Would Jump at Chance' to Join Arsenal

Last summer Arsenal were able to bring in a host of players to strengthen the squad, with all of Viktor Gyokeres, Noni Madueke, Eberechi Eze, Christian Norgaard, Piero Hincapie, Cristhian Mosquera, and Kepa Arrizabalaga joining.
Those deals all happened despite strong links to other players in their positions, with Andrea Berta understood to be lining up several deals before then deciding on which was best financially and for what the team needs.
Now, writing on his X account, club insider Hand of Arsenal has revealed that the plan is very much the same for this year, with Livramento named as a target who would 'jump at the chance' to move to the Emirates.
"The strategy is the same as last summer," he wrote.
"Andrea [Berta] has been identifying multiple targets, their personal terms, price range, and squad stylistic need before narrowing down the list.
"More or less, most of the names you have seen have been enquired about. Livramento, for example, would jump at the chance to sign for Arsenal should we firm up our interest."
Livramento Would Be a Big Ben White Upgrade

Currently, Arsenal have Jurrien Timber and Ben White as their right-back options, but Timber is known more for his defensive qualities, while White has struggled with injuries in recent times and is more naturally a centre-back too.
Bringing in a player like Livramento, who has been described as 'phenomenal' and is understood to be valued at around £60m, would give the team a significant upgrade in attacking options from their defence, which would certainly help them when facing low-block defences.
Having a player of Livramento's quality being so keen to join is a huge testament to the work happening in north London, but Newcastle surely won't make it easy for him to move on, and it will take a big offer to see any movement happen.
