The search for the next big gem continues at Chelsea as Todd Boehly persists with his transfer approach of signing young players, and the next on the list is Porto’s Oskar Pietuszewski.
Boehly continues to come under criticism for his five-year plan, and his focus on signing young players that boast resale value. It allows Chelsea to either develop them, or sell them on for a sizable fee.
But Chelsea, right now, need players that can offer leadership. The starting line-up lacks the experience required to be successful, according to Wayne Rooney. However, that search for new talent won’t stop.

Currently, Geovany Quenda is joining the club this summer when his Sporting loan ends, having signed the winger for £40m last March. He is ninth place, while second in the list is Chelsea winger Estevao.
If the Polish talent does join Chelsea, it is almost guaranteed that he would be sent on loan somewhere. Strasbourg possibly, or even a return to Porto for a year. He needs to continue this first-team exposure.
