Final Injury Report for Pelicans-Knicks: Will Landry Shamet Play?

The New York Knicks are at home on Tuesday night as they host the New Orleans Pelicans in an interconference matchup.

New York enters Tuesday's game with a 47-25 record after defeating the Washington Wizards at home in dominant fashion on Sunday night.

In Sunday's victory over the Wizards, Karl-Anthony Towns led the way for the Knicks as he recorded 26 points, 16 rebounds and three assists while Jalen Brunson added 23 points and four assists of his own.

Now New York will try to grab another victory at home on Tuesday as they face off against a struggling Pelicans team.

On the other side, New Orleans enters Tuesday's contest with a 25-47 record after losing at home to the Cleveland Cavaliers on Saturday night.

Zion Williamson led the way for the Pelicans in Saturday's loss as he ended the game with 25 points, six rebounds and four assists while Saddiq Bey recorded 19 points, five rebounds and four assists.

While both teams are looking to pick up a victory in Tuesday night's matchup, both squads may be without some of their key players due to injuries.

Pelicans Injury Report: Will Bryce McGowens Play?

For the Pelicans, they have only one player listed on their injury report as they have ruled out Bryce McGowens.

New Orleans has ruled out McGowens due to a right small toe fracture as he will miss his seventh consecutive contest.

With McGowens still sidelined, Karlo Matkovic and Micah Peavy could both continue to have larger roles.

On the other side, the Knicks have two players listed on their injury report, including guard Landry Shamet.

New York has ruled out Shamet due to a tibial plateau contusion in his right knee as he will miss his second straight game.
