Toronto Raptors Make Brandon Ingram Announcement Before Clippers Game

On Wednesday evening, the Toronto Raptors will be in California to play the LA Clippers.

The Raptors are coming off a 143-127 victory over the Utah Jazz in Salt Lake City.

Brandon Ingram did not play in the game.

For Wednesday’s game, the Raptors have announced that Ingram is questionable.

Blake Murphy of Sportsnet wrote: “Brandon Ingram (heel), Immanuel Quickley (plantar fasciitis), and Jakob Poeltl (back) are all questionable for Raptors on Wednesday. 2-ways with 905 (Thurs AM game in ‘Sauga to clinch home-court in first round). Everyone else available.”

Ingram is in the middle of his first year playing for the Raptors.

The All-Star forward is averaging 21.6 points, 5.6 rebounds and 3.7 assists per contest while shooting 47.2% from the field and 37.6% from three-point range in 68 games.

Ingram was the second pick in the 2016 NBA Draft after one season of college basketball at Duke.

He has also spent time playing for the Los Angeles Lakers and New Orleans Pelicans over ten seasons as a pro.

In addition to 2026, Ingram also made the All-Star Game in 2020 (with the Pelicans).

The Raptors have had a solid season where they are the fifth seed in the Eastern Conference with a 40-31 record.

They have won five out of their last ten games (and are 21-15 on the road).

Following the Clippers, the Raptors will play their next game on Friday when they return home to host the New Orleans Pelicans in Toronto.
