Arsenal have made an approach to sign Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Senny Mayulu, according to reports in the French media.
Media Foot claim that the Gunners have sent a “proposal” to the 19-year-old’s representatives in the hopes of persuading him into making a switch to the Emirates this summer.

Mayulu’s contract with PSG expires at the end of next season, and the European champions have offered him an extension.
However, the teenager has not signed on the dotted line yet, as he has doubts about his future playing time.
PSG are planning to sign 2 midfielders
Mayulu has started 23 times in all competitions this campaign, so he is clearly highly rated by his manager, Luis Enrique.
However, there are reports that PSG want to reinforce their numbers in the middle of the park with two new signings.
Lille’s Ayyoub Bouaddi is one of the names who has been heavily linked with a transfer to the Parc des Princes, and he is a year younger than Mayulu.
If Bouaddi chooses to move to Paris, there would be question marks over how many minutes Mayulu would get next campaign.
Arsenal are set to revamp their squad
The futures of several midfielders, including captain Martin Odegaard, Kai Havertz and Christian Norgaard, are up in the air.
Norgaard has not had a lot of game time since moving from Brentford last year, and there are already suggestions that he will be sold at the end of the season.
Odegaard and Havertz will be have two years remaining on their contracts this summer, and if they are not offered new deals, there is a chance of them being offloaded before their value depreciates.
In that context, you can understand why sporting director Andrea Berta would be eyeing a move for someone like Mayulu.
