The wide receiver is alleged to have said “f*** all the Jews” and also biting a woman on New Year’s Eve in a restraining order filed in Los Angeles on Tuesday.

According to TMZ, Madison Atiabi claims that the incidents involving Nacua first occurred on Dec. 31, 2025, and he later threatened to disparage her name in the media weeks later.

The outlet also shared a photo of the alleged bite mark, showing clear dental indentations on a woman’s back.

Atiabi’s restraining order request has temporarily been denied by a judge, who stated in a court filing that “based on the totality of the circumstances the court needs more information at a properly noticed hearing prior to issuing any orders.”

What did Puka Nacua allegedly say and do?

According to the restraining order filing, Atiabi first encountered Nacua at a NYE event in Century City which was being hosted by the receiver and other members of the Rams.

During the meal, Atiabi – who had no “prior acquaintance” with Nacua — alleges that he was “extremely touchy with the girls and had said ‘F*** all the Jews’ in the course of his conversation when he was at the other side of the table.”

Atiabi, who is Jewish, said in the filing that she was “immediately offended and emotionally distressed hearing those words.”

After the dinner as the group was en route to their next destination, Atiabi alleges that Nacua “began behaving in a strange, erratic, and physically intrusive manner” and that “he became unwantedly ‘touchy feely’ with both (Atiabi) and her girlfriend.”

After Nacua allegedly bit Atiabi’s girlfriend’s thumb, he “attacked” Atiabi.

“He bit (Atiabi) on her left shoulder, on the scapula, with such massive force to leave a complete circular impression of all of his teeth as marks on her skin,” the restraining order request says.

“The bite broke some skin and caused visible injury that was photographed shortly thereafter.”

Atiabi reported the incident to the Los Angeles Police Department on Jan. 2.

What is Nacua’s response to the allegations?

Nacua’s attorney, Levi McCathern, told TMZ that the receiver never made the antisemitic remark, but did admit that the Rams star bit Atiabi while the pair and other members of their group were engaged in horseplay.

McCathern also told the outlet that they believe “the accuser is attempting to blackmail Puka, and they’re vowing to file a defamation lawsuit.”

The attorney also noted that the allegations are not sexual in nature and don’t involve domestic violence, also claiming a sober third party denied hearing Nacua making any antisemitic comments during the encounter.

A hearing on the restraining order has now been scheduled for April 14.

Puka Nacua’s troubled recent history

This is not the first time that Nacua has been embroiled in an antisemitic controversy.

The star wide receiver has been all over the headlines after going on a controversial livestream with Adin Ross, during which the popular streamer shared a potential touchdown dance.

In a clip that has gone viral on social media, Ross – who is Jewish – demonstrates the dance during which he mimes spinning the ball on the ground, flexing and then hunching over and massaging his palms together with a big grin on his face.

Nacua imitated the dance and said that he would do it during the game, garnering laughter from those present.

Many critics deemed the final portion of the routine “antisemitic,” calling it an insulting trope.

As the clip went viral, Nacua issued an apology on Instagram “to anyone who was offended by my actions.”
