As per TMZ, a woman filed a temporary restraining order against Nacua in Los Angeles. She alleges that the Rams WR made an antisemitic remark and later bit her during a December 31, 2025, outing in Century City. She claimed the situation escalated after dinner. Nucua is being accused of aggressive behavior inside a Sprinter van.

According to the filing, the woman alleged Nacua said, “f*** all the Jews,” before later biting her friend and then her shoulder “so forcefully” that it broke skin. Nacua’s attorney, Levi McCathern, has issued a strong denial.

“Let’s be clear about what this case is — and what it is not. This matter is not sexual in nature, nor does it involve any allegation of domestic violence. If it did, the filings would look very different. They do not. It also doesn’t involve any antisemitic elements. A completely sober witness has stated unequivocally that Puka never made the comments Ms. Atiabi claims,” McCathern stated.

The defense went further, framing the situation as a financial play.

“In the months that followed, our office was contacted with demands for millions of dollars in exchange for not publicizing these allegations. That is not a legitimate legal claim — it is blackmail,” the statement said.

Puka Nacua faced anti-semitic drama back in December also

Puka Nacua made headlines throughout most of the 2025 NFL season. He had a breakout year, posting over 1700 yards, finishing second to Seahawks’ Jaxon Smith-Njigba for most receiving yards in a single season. However, Nacua also managed to grab the spotlight for his off-field shenanigans.

Months before today’s allegations, the Rams receiver dealt with fallout from a December 2025 live stream. During the session with internet personalities Adin Ross and N3on, Nacua was prompted to perform a touchdown celebration tied to an antisemitic trope.

Nacua, however, apologized promptly for it.

“When I appeared the other day on a social media livestream, it was suggested to me to perform a specific movement as part of my next touchdown celebration. At the time, I had no idea this act was antisemitic in nature and perpetuated harmful stereotypes against Jewish people,” Nacua said via IG. “I deeply apologize to anyone who was offended by my actions as I do not stand for any form of racism, bigotry or hate of another group of people.”

He also made a puzzling claim in that stream about player safety that got him in hot water.

“I also believe that concussions are all in your head, you just can’t think about it,” he said.

The comments clashed sharply with the NFL’s ongoing safety push. The league reported a 17% drop in concussions compared to the previous season, crediting improved helmets, stricter enforcement and rule changes.
