The Chicago Bulls have a stacked injury report heading into their game against the Philadelphia 76ers on Wednesday, March 25.

Fortunately, they received two upgrades on Wednesday afternoon.

When the initial report was dropped, the Bulls considered the veterans Guerschon Yabusele and Isaac Okoro doubtful to play. As the day progressed, so did their status.

According to the official injury report, Yabusele and Okoro are now questionable to play against the 76ers. They have a 50/50 shot at playing.

Guerschon Yabusele Is Dealing With An Ankle Sprain

The French forward recently missed action for the Bulls. When the Bulls hosted the Houston Rockets, they managed to pull off an upset 132-124 win. It was Yabusele’s first absence since the March 12 matchup against the Los Angeles Lakers.

Yabusele first joined the Bulls on February 5. He was traded by the New York Knicks ahead of the 2026 NBA trade deadline.

Although Yabusele initially signed a two-year deal with the Knicks, he waived the second season in order to make sure the trade went through, as it was necessary for the Knicks financially.

Since making his Bulls debut, Yabusele has appeared in 18 games (12 starts). He averages 24.6 minutes on the court. Yabusele has shot 42.0% from the field to score 10.1 points per game. He is coming down with 5.8 rebounds per game, and dishing out 1.9 assists per game.

The veteran forward will become a free agent at the end of the 2025-2026 season. It will be his second-straight run at free agency, after he wrapped up his one-year deal with the Philadelphia 76ers last year.

Isaac Okoro Has A Knee Injury

The Bulls haven’t had Okoro on the court since March 8.

When they faced the Sacramento Kings on the road, Okoro checked in for 23 minutes. He shot 2-5 from the field, scoring nine points. Okoro also came down with one rebound and produced one assist.

Since then, he’s missed seven games in a row.

This year, Okoro has appeared in 55 games for the Bulls. He’s been a full-time starter with the team, seeing the court for 26.9 minutes per game.

The veteran guard has made 44.9% of his shots from the field and hit on 32.6% of his threes, averaging 9.0 points per game. He also comes down with 2.7 rebounds per game, and produces 1.6 assists per matchup.

While Okoro and Yabusele don’t have guaranteed statuses just yet, they could in line to make their return for the 7 PM ET tip against the Sixers in Philadelphia.
