Simpson is seeing his draft stock rise ahead of the draft. ESPN’s Adam Schefter feels he will be a first-round pick.
“The one thing I can say confidently right now, you talk to different offices, is I believe— and it’s not going on a limb— Ty Simpson will be a first-round draft pick,” Schefter said. “That’s all I’m comfortable saying right now. We will revisit this topic many times as the draft marches closer. We’re one month out exactly. The draft is one month from today. And again, I think that’ll probably be one of the central focal storylines of the first round of the draft. Where does Ty Simpson go? All I feel comfortable saying right now is I’m confident he’ll be a first-round pick.”
Simpson will find out where he will be starting his NFL career next month.
