Denver Nuggets / Schedule
On Wednesday evening, one of the NBA's best dynamic duos stamped another incredible performance to pace the Denver Nuggets' 142-135 victory over the Dallas Mavericks.
Murray had himself an offensive explosion, finishing with a highly efficient 53 points and nine triples to fuel the Nuggets' win. On the other hand, Jokic delivered his usual all-around brilliance with 23 points, 21 rebounds and 19 assists — one assist just shy of a rare 20-20-20 feat.
Out of their unreal showings, the Nuggets earned a one-for-the-books feat, officially becoming the first team in NBA history to feature a 50-point scorer and a 15/15/15 player stat line in a single game, per OptaSTATS.
Jokic is showcasing another jaw-dropping season. The Serbian superstar is poised to average a triple-double for the second consecutive season, tallying 27.8 points, 12.8 rebounds and 10.8 assists.
Meanwhile, this year has been a huge revelation for Murray to finally introduce himself as one of the NBA's most special talents. He is averaging a career-best 25.0 points, 7.1 assists and 4.3 rebounds.
With the win over Dallas, Jokic, Murray and the Nuggets improved to 46-28, currently No. 4 in the Western Conference standings with eight more games left on their regular-season calendar
