Real Madrid star Eduardo Camavinga could be available this summer, and Chelsea are one club who are thought to be interested in the midfielder.
Last week, it was reported that Chelsea have joined the race to sign Camavinga, who is also said to be on Liverpool’s radar.
The Blues have had some issues in midfield this season because of injuries to Romeo Lavia and Dario Essugo.

Eduardo Camavinga will only join Champions League outfit
There is a chance that both Chelsea and Liverpool could end up missing out on Camavinga when the transfer window opens.
According to CaughtOffside, Camavinga will only leave Real Madrid for a side playing in the Champions League.

Although it is unlikely, it is possible that both Chelsea and Liverpool finish outside the top five in the Premier League table.
Liverpool are currently fifth, while Chelsea sit in sixth, but Brentford, Everton and the teams below them are not too far away from what should be an extra Champions League spot.
Liverpool are on 49 points, while Brentford and Everton are on 46, showing how tight it is in the race to qualify for Europe’s elite competition.
Chelsea are in real danger of missing out on Champions League qualification. They have some really tough games left, including fixtures against Manchester City, Manchester United and Liverpool.
The Blues could miss out on up to ÂŁ300m if they find themselves without Champions League football next season.
Eduardo Camavinga vs Romeo Lavia
Enzo Fernandez’s future is in doubt presently, but if the Argentine remains at Chelsea, he is likely to line up alongside Moises Caicedo in midfield for most of the Blues’ Premier League games. That would see Camavinga compete against Lavia and Andrey Santos to become, in effect, Liam Rosenior’s third-choice midfielder.

Camavinga and Lavia have similarities. For example, both men are very press resistant and good under pressure.
However, defensively, Camavinga is the better footballer. This season, the France international is completing 3.96 tackles per 90 minutes (via FotMob), which is really impressive.
If Chelsea want a midfielder this summer and Camavinga is available, they should go for him.
