Indiana Fever star Caitlin Clark garnered widespread praise for her role as a guest photographer during Wednesday’s game between the Los Angeles Lakers and Indiana Pacers.

Clark was also very pleased with her performance.

“I kinda cooked,” Clark wrote in a 3-word message grading her work.

Clark was also seen giving extra attention to a moment when her idol, LeBron James, argued with the referees during the Lakers’ 137-130 victory.

Luka Doncic, who dropped 43 points in Wednesday’s win, was pleasantly surprised to see Clark taking pictures from the sidelines.

“Yeah, I saw her. I did see her. Not really much, but I’m a big fan for sure,” he said.

“I watch a lot of games. Definitely, her hooping is great to watch, so for sure, I have to go to a game to see her,” added the Slovenian.

Reaves’ co-stars, LeBron James and Austin Reaves, combined for 48 points and 17 assists, while Jaxon Hayes added 21 points, as the Lakers cruised to a win over the lottery-bound Pacers. Rick Carlisle’s team made a late charge, outscoring the Lakers 45-32 in the fourth quarter after being behind by 20 points after three periods.

The Lakers were without three key rotational pieces, Deandre Ayton (back), Marcus Smart (ankle) and Rui Hachimura (calf), which opened the door for the likes of Hayes, Maxi Kleber, Jarred Vanderbilt and Bronny James to get additional playing time. Bronny delivered good energy in 13 minutes off the bench, coming away with two steals besides making two buckets. The second-generation player earned praise from head coach JJ Redick and star guard Luka Doncic after the game.

“He’s gotten significantly better,” Redick said of Bronny, via BasketNews.

“Our staff has a lot of confidence in him, and it felt like this was a game we really needed him. It was a game where his athleticism and defense stood out—he had two really good individual defensive possessions in the first half. The biggest thing with him right now is his confidence.

“Even though he didn’t make his three tonight, he has a lot of confidence in his shot. He’s having a fantastic season with South Bay and has arguably been the best player in the last three or four weeks in our stay-ready games every time.”

Doncic praised Bronny’s development as a pro.

“Definitely a big improvement from last year. I saw him in training camp, and he was doing some stuff that really impressed me,” Doncic said of Bronny.

“Today, he did a great job. It was a big game for him. That pull-up was a big bucket—probably one of the most important shots of the game.

“They were coming back, and he hit that one. I think he did really great in those minutes.”
