On Wednesday, Indiana Fever guard Caitlin Clark traded her basketball for a professional camera to serve as a guest photographer for the Indiana Pacers-Los Angeles Lakers game. However, her joyful scream after receiving an unexpected gesture is now making rounds online.
In the game, the Lakers secured a convincing 137-130 victory over the Pacers, which was mostly highlighted by a stellar 43-point performance from Luka Doncic.
This win was a bounce-back for the Purple and Gold after the Detroit Pistons ended their nine-game winning streak in the previous matchup. With this victory, the Lakers improved to 47–26. Meanwhile, the Pacers' record dropped to 16–57.
Clark was a special fixture during the Pacers' big home games on Wednesday night. By wearing the Pacer's professional photographer's vest, she took it a step further and spent the first half shooting from the baseline.

She was seen capturing high-intensity moments, including a heated exchange between LeBron James and the referees. Following the game, the 24-year-old also posted on social media, "Got some good stuff coming," hinting at the photos she took.
However, before she began, the Pacers organization presented her with a special gift to match her new "job." It was a personalized navy folding cushion featuring her own personal logo. They added sparkle details to that custom seat just for her, but she almost missed the detail entirely.
She looked confident as she started unboxing and said, "Of course I have done this before, okay."
But after spotting the details, she screamed with joy and said. "Ohhh. I didn't even notice that. Aw, that's so cute."
It was overall a light one for Clark, who has had a busy offseason. She just returned from leading Team USA at the FIBA Women's World Cup Qualifiers in Puerto Rico. The Americans went undefeated in five games, and Clark was named tournament MVP.
Now, the focus shifts back to the WNBA. She was limited to just 13 games in 2025 due to injury, where she averaged 16.5 points, 8.8 assists, and 5.0 rebounds. But now she is healthy after a full offseason and set to start her 2026 season with the Fever on May 9.
