WNBA superstar Caitlin Clark has long regarded Los Angeles Lakers forward LeBron James as the greatest basketball player of all time. On Wednesday night, with the Lakers in Indiana to face the Pacers at Gainbridge Fieldhouse - home of Clark's own Indiana Fever - she got the chance to try something new: working as a photographer.
Clark sat on the baseline alongside other photographers and captured several shots of James in action, sharing four of them on social media Thursday morning.
The post racked up more than 600,000 views in under an hour, leaving fans impressed by her photography skills - especially considering her day job is being a professional basketball player. She might have a bright future behind the camera as well.
"The KING… Shot by ME," Clark wrote.
Check it out:
“I am being dead serious…what can't you do, CC?” one fan wrote.
Another added, “You are ELITE on and off the court.”
One fan commented, “Okay, okay, okay, she's nice with the camera.”
“Those are some amazing shots!” another shared.
And one more joked, “Dare I say you're a better photographer than a basketball player?”
Clark is gearing up for her third WNBA season, still a few months away, and she just wrapped up a week-long stint with USA Basketball, competing in the Women's World Cup qualifiers in Puerto Rico. The U.S. went 5–0, and Clark was named tournament MVP.
