Mrs. Mahomes took to social media shortly after news broke that Kelce would return for another season with the Chiefs. The Sports Illustrated Swimsuit model kept her reaction simple while celebrating the news.

Travis Kelce Announces Return to Kansas City Chiefs
Kelce confirmed Tuesday that he plans to suit up again for Kansas City in the 2026 season. The announcement came after weeks of speculation about whether the 10-time Pro Bowl tight end might retire.
“Chiefs Kingdom, let’s go, baby! It’s official,” Kelce said in a statement.
“I’m excited for 2026 and just excited to put on the Chiefs uniform in front of you guys again.”
Kelce also shared a message for fans at Arrowhead Stadium.
“Let’s get Arrowhead rocking, baby. We’ll see you guys in a few months,” he added.
The veteran tight end reportedly signed a three-year contract that could keep him with the franchise through his 14th NFL season.
The deal includes a one-year structure worth approximately $12 million in the first season, with the remaining years included largely for salary cap purposes.
In total, the contract is valued at roughly $54.375 million and could reach $57.735 million with incentives.
Patrick Mahomes Congratulates Travis Kelce After Contract Signing
Shortly after Kelce signed the contract at the Chiefs’ headquarters, Patrick congratulated his teammate during a video call that the team shared on social media.
“QB1 got his bestie back” the Chiefs wrote in a caption alongside the video.
Mahomes appeared on FaceTime to celebrate the moment with his longtime teammate.
“Congrats, man,” Mahomes said in the video. “Home sweet home, with the beard too.”
“I just wanted to call to say congratulations. I know you’ve got stuff going on.”
Kelce and Mahomes have built one of the league’s most consistent offensive partnerships since the quarterback became Kansas City’s starter.
