Luka Doncic Shares Honest Take on Caitlin Clark's Game

Luka Doncic is having one of the best stretches of his NBA career with the Los Angeles Lakers these past few weeks, scoring at will against some of the best teams in the league.

Although the team snapped its nine-game win streak on Monday with a loss to the Detroit Pistons, they rebounded on Wednesday with a relatively straightforward road win against the Indiana Pacers.

For the first time ever, though, it was one of the photographers courtside that garnered more attention than Doncic or any of the other players in the game.

That’s because Indiana Fever star Caitlin Clark was that photographer, moonlighting in a new role before the start of the WNBA season.

While Clark was zooming around the sidelines to get her best shots, Doncic took care of business as the NBA’s leading scorer, scoring 43 points against the Pacers to get the Lakers back in the win column.

Following the game with little to no drama within the contest itself, Doncic was asked his most important question of the night: What did he think of the WNBA star?

Doncic was quick and honest with his assessment of Clark, admitting he was a “big fan” of the women’s star.

“I watch a lot of games,” Doncic said. “Definitely her hooping, it’s great to watch.”

Doncic also mentioned that he would love to go watch a game of hers in the WNBA.

While Doncic is barreling towards the end of his campaign with the postseason on the horizon, Clark is only ramping up to the start of her quest to win her first major team championship.

With a new CBA agreement between the WNBA and its players, the league is set to debut its 2026 season at the start of May. Along with the excitement of Clark and the rest of the league’s top teams returning, it will also welcome two new franchises, the Toronto Tempo and the Portland Fire.
