Free agency has slowed down around the NFL, but it was a busy Thursday for the Buffalo Bills.
They signed not one, not two, but three guys all in the same day, at a time when very few players are getting signed.
The trio, reported by ESPN's Adam Schefter:
Trent Sherfield
Austin Corbett
Lloyd Cushenberry III
Sherfield is a journeyman wide receiver, but considering how Buffalo needs wideouts, he'll at least get an honest chance to try and make the team.
Sherfield is 30 years old now, and he has played in 124 games with 89 career catches, 1,034 yards and six touchdowns.
In 2023, Sherfield already played for the Bills, appearing in all 17 regular season games and catching 11 passes.
He has also played for the Arizona Cardinals, Miami Dolphins, Minnesota Vikings, San Francisco 49ers and Denver Broncos.

Corbett is an offensive guard, a former second-round pick of the Browns. He has appeared in 94 NFL games between the Panthers, Rams and Browns.
Cushenberry is an offensive lineman, as well. He was a third-round pick of the Broncos in the 2020 NFL Draft.
Since entering the league, Cushenberry has played 57 games for the Broncos and then 23 games for the Tennessee Titans.
Now, all three come to Buffalo. It's a good trio of experience to join a team with big aspirations.
