The five-time All-NBA guard is dealing with a sore left hamstring and is officially listed as questionable to play.
The 27-year-old Slovenian star must log at least 20 minutes in four of the Lakers' final nine games to remain eligible for season-ending awards.
Meanwhile, Rui Hachimura is also listed as questionable with a calf injury, while the Lakers have already ruled out Marcus Smart due to an ankle issue.
Doncic was outstanding on Wednesday night, leading the Lakers to a 137-130 road victory over the Indiana Pacers. He finished with a game-high 43 points, shooting 15-of-30 from the field.
With the win, the Lakers improved to 47-26 and remain third in the Western Conference.
Luka has been spectacular in his first full season in Los Angeles. Through 61 games, he is averaging a league-best 33.6 points on 47.4% shooting, along with 7.8 rebounds and 8.1 assists per game.
