Chelsea have been given a big boost with Moises Caicedo indicating he has no intention of leaving the club.
Speculation about his future had arisen after fellow midfielder Enzo Fernandez had said after their Champions League exit to PSG that it was not certain that he would be at the club next season.
And the Ecuadorean international has also been linked with a move to Real Madrid.
But Caicedo has responded to such speculation by insisting that he has a contract with Chelsea, and that he is determined to become a legend with them.
Caicedo has been one of the standout performers in what has been otherwise an up and down season for the West London club, although he is walking a disciplinary tight rope heading into the final weeks of the season. He is on nine yellow cards and one more means he will face a two match ban. Something they can ill-afford as they chase a Champions League place.
