Anderson has a record for being notoriously late during his eight-year spell at Manchester United.
Already recognised as one of Europe’s most promising young players at FC Porto, Anderson completed a transfer to Manchester United in 2007.
The former Brazil international never reached his full potential, but he did win four Premier League titles, one Champions League and one League Cup during his time at Old Trafford.
Making a total of 181 appearances for United, Anderson registered a total of 29 goal contributions across all competitions.
United fans will get the chance to see Anderson up close again when he features in Ronaldinho’s former players’ match at the Stadium of Light in May.

Rio Ferdinand and Edwin van der Sar in agreement over Anderson
We now consider the years Rio Ferdinand and Edwin van der Sar shared the dressing room as the glory days.
Sir Alex Ferguson had a squad containing players like Paul Scholes, Ryan Giggs, Cristiano Ronaldo and Wayne Rooney during those years. It’s no wonder they fought for the biggest honours both domestically and in Europe.

Many stories and tales can be told from those times, but Ferdinand and Van der Sar have both featured on a YouTube channel based in Asia called Shoot For Love, discussing their careers and mostly their time at Old Trafford.
One fan asked whether it was Louis Saha who was renowned for always being late for United training, but Ferdinand and Van der Sar both said Anderson.
Both players replied “Anderson,” meaning the Brazilian must have had more than a few hairdryer treatments under Ferguson.
Anderson may not have been a model professional, but he was a funny character and a good player on his day.

Anderson has more trophies than any other Brazilian in Man Utd history
Considered by many as a cult hero, Anderson won no shortage of silverware at United.
Anderson won seven major trophies under Ferguson.
That doesn’t include the two Community Shields he won in 2011 and 2013.
Hopefully, Matheus Cunha will compete with this record over the coming years.
