Casemiro’s farewell tour has been one to remember so far
Casemiro is well on his way to leaving United with Champions League football in the bag, and during his retirement tour, he has stepped up massively to be vital.
Since announcing his intention to leave, Casemiro has scored three goals and assisted one in nine games, which, as a defensive midfielder, is a brilliant return.
This includes two in his last three.
Casemiro and Bruno Fernandes are the league’s most dangerous combination right now, combining for five goals this season.
The Brazilian has been rolling back the years despite his limitations and has made it so United will face a tough job to replace him this summer.
Casemiro will be remembered fondly at Old Trafford.
