According to Cavs Nation, both sides are expected to land a new two-year deal in the offseason, with one source noting it would be valued at $75 million.

Harden was acquired by the Cavaliers last February before the previous NBA trade deadline that subsequently sent Darius Garland to the Los Angeles Clippers.
The 2018 league MVP left the Clippers organization on good terms and primarily identified Cleveland as his next destination out of his desire to win an NBA championship and his next contract.
Harden originally signed a two-year, $81.5 million contract with the Clippers last offseason. But the 2026-27 is a player option, in which only $13.3 million is guaranteed.
The 36-year-old future Hall of Famer remains productive as one of the league's best stars. He has tremendously helped the Cavaliers upon his arrival with his playmaking and scoring, averaging 21.0 points, 7.7 assists and 5.4 rebounds in 19 games.
Harden and the Cavs are 45-28 heading to Friday's matchup against the Miami Heat. They are currently fourth in the East standings.
