Buffalo Bills QB Josh Allen's Wife Hailee Steinfeld is sending a personal message to a family member amid her pregnancy.
Josh Allen of the Buffalo Bills and his wife, actress Hailee Steinfeld, are inching close to the birth of their first child. It’s going to be an extra exciting Bills season in 2026, with Allen being a first-time father.
While Allen and Steinfeld haven’t shared the baby’s due date, all signs point to it being soon. The two announced the pregnancy on December 12, 2025, and through Hailee’s newsletter. In the newsletter, Hailee shared a handful of highlights from her year, and one was about the baby coming.
In that edition, she led subscribers to a video, which showed the couple in the snow in Buffalo, New York. Allen was kissing Hailee’s stomach in the video, and that was basically the announcement that she was pregnant.
Now, with just a little time remaining until the baby gets here, Steinfeld is sharing another personal message. This one is to a beloved family member.
Hailee Steinfeld Sends Her Mother a Special Message
March marks Steinfeld’s mom’s birthday month, and the actress is sending out a special wish for her. In her Friday, March 27 newsletter, Steinfeld pays tribute to her mom and says that she hopes she’s just as good a mother.
“Feeling extra grateful for my Momma this month as we celebrate her most recent trip around the sun,” she notes. “Her love and support have always been a steady rhythm in my life, constant and unwavering. She has set a standard that I don’t know if I’ll ever be able to match, but I’m sure going to try.”
Steinfeld also revealed that she got over a bad cold this month. That’s extra scary when you’re pregnant.
“This month, we celebrated my mom’s birthday, which always makes me pause and reflect on how grateful I am for her,” she stated in the newsletter. “In between folding baby clothes and trying to kick a killer cold, I remembered an Emily Dickinson poem I love, savored the extra hour of sunlight post daylight savings, and cried tears of joy at the television.”
Finally, Steinfeld discussed her favorite treat of the moment. “My favorite sweet of the month (besides the cookies) was this melon sorbet with a ton of whipped cream,” she said. “Can’t recommend this combo enough. It was a heatwave in LA, and this hit the spot. Rainbow sprinkles are always an easy add.”
Hailee Steinfeld’s ‘Sinners’ Received 4 Academy Awards
Earlier this year, Steinfeld’s feature film “Sinners” was nominated for 16 Oscars and went home with a total of four awards: Best Original Screenplay for Ryan Coogler, Best Actor for Michael B. Jordan, Best Cinematography for Autumn Durald Arkapaw and Best Original Score for Ludwig Göransson.
The film didn’t win Best Picture, which instead went to “One Battle After Another,” but it still snagged good awards, including one for Jordan, who starred opposite Steinfeld in the movie.
Jordan gave Steinfeld a nice shout-out when he accepted his award, as well, saying, “Hailee at home, you know, she’s you know, get ready to have a baby right now. Thank you so much for being the other other other half of Stack.”
