NBA prospect joins Panathinaikos practices

After his NCAA season with Virginia Tech, Neoklis Avdalas returned to Greece and has joined Panathinaikos practices.

According to Sport24, following the conclusion of his NCAA season with Virginia Tech, Neoklis Avdalas has returned to Greece and rejoined Panathinaikos training sessions.

Avdalas still belongs to Panathinaikos, and from now on he will take part in the team’s program.

The 6'9" (2.06 m) Greek guard averaged 12.1 points and 4.6 assists as a freshman in the ACC, and has recently entered the NCAA transfer portal.

Back in 2021, Avdalas made history by becoming the youngest player ever to score in a EuroLeague game, at just 15 years, 10 months, and 6 days old.

Before heading to the NCAA, he spent last season with Peristeri, where he averaged 8.8 points, 2.6 rebounds, and 1.3 assists in the Greek League.
