“Come Play With Me” Odell Beckham Jr. Recruited By Star Wide Receiver To Team Up (Look)

Odell Beckham Jr. immediately showed the NFL that he was an electric wide receiver when he was drafted in 2014. The 10-year NFL veteran has pulled off some eye popping receptions and was once one of the best receivers in the NFL.

While the 33-year-old may have lost a step or two, one star wide receiver thinks he still has one more year left in him.

Odell Beckham Jr. Recruited By Malik Nabers To Come Back to New York

With Brian Daboll being fired by the New York Giants amid a disappointing 2025 season, former Super Bowl champion John Harbaugh has been brought in.

Jaxson Dart, Cam Skattebo, and Malik Nabers are some of the promising young players that will lead the rebuild. However, Nabers wants Odell Beckham Jr. to be part of the process:

An interesting wrinkle in the Giants’ upward trajectory is the prospect of veteran wide receiverOdell Beckham Jr., a two-time All-Pro, potentially returning to the team before the 2026 campaign.

The rumors have been swirling this NFL offseason about Beckham being linked to his former team, with those rumors kicking into high gear after Nabers posted a comment on the 33-year-old’s recentInstagram post following the one-time Super Bowl champion playing flag football.

“Let’s play together!” Nabers commented on Beckham’s Instagram post.

The last time Beckham suited up for a team in the NFL was with theMiami Dolphinsduring the 2024 season. He played in only nine games that year, making virtually no impact, catching a total of nine catches for 55 receiving yards.

Beckham then went unsigned last season, prompting many to speculate that his time in the NFL had come to an end.

Beckham has not officially retired and many analysts (including Adam Schefter) have mentioned New York as a viable option for him in 2026.

Odell Beckham’s Career In The NFL

Beckham was the 12th pick in the 2014 NFL Draft and immediately showed why he was a first round selection. He finished with 91 receptions, 1,305 yards, and 12 touchdowns in his rookie season. His best season in the league came in 2015 when he finished with 96 receptions, 1,450 yards, and 13 touchdowns.

Here is a look at his career stats:
