Arsenal trio Noni Madueke, Declan Rice and Bukayo Saka are among the eight players who've left the England squad. Alongside star John Stones and Crystal Palace's Adam Wharton, the FA say that they'll will return to their respective clubs for fitness-related reasons.
Both Madueke and Wharton suffered injuries during Friday's 1-1 draw with Uruguay, prior to which Stones picked up an issue in training. Rice and Saka, on the other hand, will return to 'for medical assessment'.
Meanwhile, goalkeeper , centre-back Fikayo Tomori and striker Dominic Calvert-Lewin have been sent home, as Thomas Tuchel welcomes a number of regular players who were rested for the Uruguay friendly. Rice and Saka were among those but won't feature in Tuesday's clash with Japan at Wembley.
The remaining nine - Dean Henderson, Nico O'Reilly, Ezri Konsa, Marc Guehi, Dan Burn, Elliot Anderson, Morgan Rogers, Anthony Gordon and - are all set on the available.
