Following the game, Blazers acting head coach Tiago Splitter remarked to reporters that his concern level was “100%” in regards to the injury. Splitter also noted that Grant said he felt a “pop” in his calf. The Blazers have not yet provided a timetable for his recovery, nor a report on the severity of the strain.
In 57 games this season, Grant has averaged 18.6 points while shooting 45.3% from the floor, 38.9% from three and 81.4% from the line.
Elsewhere on the injury report for Sunday, Blazers reserve center Robert Williams III is questionable due to lower back soreness. Williams exited late in the second quarter of the Dallas game due to a lower back issue.
Blazers players Vit Krejci, Shaedon Sharpe, Chris Youngblood and Damian Lillard will join Grant on the inactive list versus Washington.
