The arrival of Easter next week brings with it not just a return of club football, but the start of a crucial couple of months for Leeds United as they fight on two fronts to secure their Premier League safety, and bid to reach Wembley.

First up it's an FA Cup quarter-final at West Ham United, with the prize at stake being another return to the capital for a Wembley semi-final. Then comes the start of the final seven games of the Premier League season, with a game at Old Trafford to take on Manchester United beginning the league run-in.

Leeds last seven games look much more favourable on paper than that of some of their relegation rivals. With a four-point lead over West Ham United, and three points ahead of Tottenham Hotspur, Leeds have their future firmly in their own hands.

That may be the case, but a tense run-in is still expected as four teams jostle to avoid what looks like being the final relegation place with Wolverhampton Wanderers and Burnley surely too far adrift still to have any chance of staying up.
