Arsenal's Noni Madueke was sent home early from international duty, after sustaining an injury during England's draw against Uruguay, and Mikel Arteta now has even more problems to deal with.
Madueke withdrawn in first half as England draw with Uruguay
The Three Lions were only able to come away with a draw against Uruguay at Wembley, which isn't a particularly encouraging sign as the World Cup edges ever closer, and Noni Madueke had to be withdrawn in the first half, after being clattered by Rodrigo Aguirre.
Worryingly, Thomas Tuchel appeared to suggest Madueke's injury could be a bad one, after the winger was seen wearing a brace on his left leg in the mixed zone.
Tuchel said: "I'm worried, of course. Very sad and upset and hopefully it's not a big injury. He [Madueke] started well, he was full of energy, he was ready to go.
"And I think against a team like Uruguay, who rely on one-against-ones, to isolate them, he makes the spaces open up and he could have been a key player for us, which he is."
As such, the 24-year-old, who has two goals and one assist to his name in the Premier League this season, could be set for a spell on the sidelines, and three other members of Arteta's squad may have been handed setbacks.
Three more Arsenal players sent home after Madueke
It was reported on Sunday afternoon that Ecuardor international Piero Hincapie had been sent home with an injury but he and Madueke are not the only ones nursing problems.
As reported by The Guardian, Bukayo Saka and Declan Rice have also been sent home early by England, in order to have minor problems assessed, in a fresh blow for Arteta.

Fortunately, the issues don't appear to be major concerns, but it is far from ideal news, heading into the business end of the season, with Arsenal still competing for the Premier League title, Champions League and FA Cup.
Losing Rice at this stage of the season could be a massive blow for Arteta, with the Englishman receiving plaudits from Steven Gerrard recently, who said: "He's getting better and better. I think he's one of the best in the world. He's become one of the best in the world... I'd love for us (Liverpool) to sign him."

Does Mikel Arteta need to get ruthless with regard to Arsenal star, Bukayo Saka?
Although Saka has been criticised for some of his performances this season, the winger also remains one of the Gunners' key players, and he has still managed to chip in with nine goals and seven assists across all competitions.
That said, Arsenal are in a commanding position to win the Premier League title, currently sitting nine points clear at the top of the table, and they have favourable draws in the FA Cup and Champions League, taking on Southampton and Sporting CP.
As such, Arteta should be able to make do without Madueke, who is more of a peripheral player, but the manager will be concerned if Rice or Saka have to spend time on the sidelines.
