Antonio Brown is a former professional wide receiver that is well-remembered by many NFL fans. He spent 12 seasons in the league, and won the Super Bowl LV win with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, though he spent most of his career with the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Aside from his heroics on the field, Brown is known for his off-field controversies during his career, with multiple sexual assault allegations and involvement in domestic incidents. Just last year, he was extradited and arrested for the charge of second‑degree attempted murder.

Brown recently tweeted about famous golfer Tiger Woods, who is widely known as the best golfer and one of the most famous athletes. Woods was involved in a rollover crash in Jupiter Island, Florida on March 27, 2026. It happened around 2 p.m. near the 280 block of South Beach Road. Woods was driving a Land Rover at a high rate of speed, attempted to overtake a pickup truck pulling a pressure washer trailer. He swerved to avoid an oncoming vehicle, clipped the trailer, and his SUV rolled onto its driver’s side.
No one was injured, though Woods was described as ‘lethargic’. He is said to have cooperated with a breathalyzer but refused to take a urine test. He was arrested on charges including DUI, refusal to submit to a lawful test, and property damage. He was released from jail the same day. Woods has a history of such incidents, including a DUI incident back in 2017.
Brown’s tweet referred to this incident, where he wrote, “Tiger Woods drives a car exactly how you would think a black Asian drives”. This led to much criticism, as the tweet was deemed racist and inappropriate by many.

Many social media users attacked Brown over his insensitive tweet which attacked Woods racial and ethnic background.

A second user commented, “@ab84 crashes out exactly how you think a brain damaged man child would.”
A third user replied, “Too Soon and Too Racist”.
Another added, “Desperate for Clout Again”.
A fifth user remarked, “Just… Damn… From the guy who was extradited for attempted murder…”
A sixth user wrote, “You a b**** a** woman who don’t know how to fight . Fight me coward”.
Antonio Brown will have to be careful making such tweets from this point onward.
