Susie Celek, a yoga and Pilates instructor and ex-wife of former Philadelphia Eagles tight end Brent Celek, hard-launched her relationship on social media with another former Eagles player. Given the brutal optics, folks on the internet couldn’t stop talking about it.
She recently posted a video on her Instagram handle showing affectionate PDA moments from multiple dates. The man sitting across from her at dinner and later holding her on a porch was former Eagles defensive tackle, Hollis Thomas.

In the caption, shewrote, “Life trends show I’m not big on commitment, but I’m stuck on you big man.”
Susie and Celek reportedly divorced in 2015. While they were known for keeping their private lives quiet, the split occurred during the later years of Brent’s career with the Eagles. Both attended the University of Cincinnati before Brent was drafted by the Eagles in the fifth round of the 2007 NFL Draft.
Just to recap, Brent played for the Cincinnati Bearcats from 2003 to 2006 before turning professional. However, nobody expected that Susie’s personal life would be back in the Philadelphia sports conversation over a decade later,

However, they were never teammates. Thomas played for the Eagles from 1996 to 2005, while Celek did not arrive until 2007. And thanks to this, otherwise the setup would lead to more ridicule in the community.
One fan warned, “Yea she using you brother be careful.”
Another added, “Still got bros last name too 💀💀 wild.”
A third hilariously asked, “Who will be the next Eagles player to get some? We will have to wait and see.”
One fan penned, “Brent shouldn’t be mad at all… this is a downgrade clearly….”
Another remarked, “Definitely 👍🏾 a team player 🥴”
Celek spent 11 seasons with the Eagles, retiring with 398 receptions, nearly 5,000 yards, 31 touchdowns, and a Super Bowl ring. He moved into the front office as a consultant in 2020.
Thomas was a staple on the defensive line a decade earlier, playing in four straight NFC Championship games and Super Bowl XXXIX. After retiring, he became a familiar voice on 94WIP sports radio.
Now, their names are linked again through Susie’s new dating life, giving fans a unique Philadelphia story.
